In a shocking development, investigations have disclosed that of Building 17 in the boys hostel at Al-falha University in Faridabad

became the secret centre of a terror conspiracy.

According to law enforcement sources, the room was occupied by Dr muzamil Shakil from Kashmir,

He and other doctors connected to the institution used the room as the core base for planning major attacks.

Investigator says that this “white collar” terror module consisting of medical professionals,

used the hostel room not only for secret meetings but also for storing digital data,

chemical residues and explosive blueprints.

What makes the case more frightening is the closeness of the room to a University laboratory

Investigators say the conspirators allegedly drained small quantities of chemicals and oxidisers from the laboratory.

According to one senior official:

“Building 17 was their command post; Room 13 became their planning base, used for meetings, coordination and possibly to store digital data and blueprints of their operation”.

The plot is tied to the fatal car bomb explosion near the Red fort metro station in Delhi,

in which doctor Umar Nabi,also affiliated with the university, was the driver of the vehicle.

Further accused diaries were found in Room 13 bearing code-words like “operation”, “shipment”, “package”

all interpreted and references to explosive and terror logistics.

The investigations revealed that nearby 2900 kg of explosive material were recovered from rental premises

linked to the conspirators in Faridabad,and these premises reportedly had logistical connection to Room 13.

Students on the floor said that they noticed strange behaviour:

Authorities continue to uncover the full scale of the conspiracy.

The University, for its part, has issued a statement saying that it

“has no connection beyond the official employment” of the implicated doctors.

Meanwhile, forensic teams have sealed off Building 17, collected chemical samples, electronic devices,

and are analysing every room for hidden storages and communications.

As the probe depends, Room 13 stands as a stark symbol of how places

meant for learning and healing can be over turned into centres of terror planning.

Authorities continue to uncover the full scale of the conspiracy.

But this one room inside a quite hostel is now at the point of one of the most serious terror investigations in recent years.
